Now that you’ve found the perfect project, you’ll need to submit a proposal. In this module, you’ll learn best practices for connecting with clients and creating a winning job proposal.

当我们找到一个我们可以胜任的工作,而且经过分析以后觉得客户也很靠谱,接下来就进入到投标环节了,这一环节可以说是非常重要,能否中标顺利拿下该工作就看标书写得好不好了。

 

Submit-a-Proposal

下面我们来好好分析一下如何写出志在必得的标书:

1两种与客户建立联系的方式: invitation(客户邀请) VS proposal(自己投标)

  • 全面的介绍自己(自己的技能和优势,及能为客户做的)
  • 一个proposal 需要1-5个connects(一般是2个)
  • 一个proposal 必须包含一个投标金额
  • 写 proposal 当中的cover letter 对于 客户在工作细节当中的描述写出针对性的方案 
  • proposal包含的必要信息
    • 表达对该项目的兴趣和工作意向
    • 你的优势(对于该工作的技能和经验)
    • 阐述你对项目的看法和观点,可能会让客户眼前一亮
    • 你在该项目上的 投标金额(fixed job)/小时费率(houly job)
  • invitation vs proposal

(1) , invitation sample (一般客户邀请时会邀请多人,而且会选择系统默认的文本,一般如下:)

(2) , proposal sample (这是我们自己申请工作,如果要想中标,一定要用心写,否则就不要写)

3+ years working on Upwork has given me a understanding of how to engage with clients and use the platform to great success.

下面分析该简历的要点:

① 称呼客户的具体的名字,然客户知道不是机器人在投标.

② 相关的证书和认证证明自己是合适的候选人.

③ 向客户展示你的工作经验证明你在该项目上有足够的经验.

④ 之前工作的反馈证明你在类似项目上的成功.

⑤ 以一个互动性的问题结束投标有很大希望提高中标率.

(2)sample 2(不好的标书)

I am really interested ②.Please see my profile–I am kwalifted③ for this job,My rate is $5/hour and you will be very happy with the outcome④.

Approve me so I can start the job and get my money⑤ LOL…⑥

下面分析该简历的欠妥之处:

① 如此称呼,单调 机械

② 理解该项目的需求吗?过于宽泛,随意

③ 拼写错误也显得很业余

④ 没有提到自己的工作历史和相关经验, 而只是在乎酬金

⑤ 如此生硬结尾,根本无任何机会中标

⑥ 口语化或象形文字也要尽量避免使用在投标中

    • upworker根据客户的发活历史,看其他 freelancer 给该客户的称呼,或者在谷歌里面搜索该客户所在公司的信息。回复
